I am a full time instructor in this beautiful art and draw from an ever expanding repertoire of movement arts in order to constantly upgrade my understanding of how to practice and teach Bjj.   I have a good amount of competition experience at all belt levels (except white belt, I didn't start competing until blue) and have been teaching people from all backgrounds and lifestyles for over 8 years now.
